LOreal Brandstorm in a nutshell

LOreal Brandstorm Competition is an International Marketing Competition organised by LOreal that give students the opportunity to take on the role of a International Marketing Brand Manager and revamp an existing LOreal brand: analyze the market, build a new marketing strategy, design new packaging, develop a communication campaign with a world renowned advertising agency (Euro RSCG in 2008).

History of Competition:
Launched in year 1993 internationally & organised for the 5th time now in Malaysia

Who can participate?

  • Undergraduate students with strong interest in marketing, in their final 2 years of studies, in regardless of field of studies
  • 3 students in a team
  • Benefit to students:

  • Unique human adventure: interact with people from different backgrounds and walks of life

  • National Finalist will be sent to Paris for the International Finals

  • 1st prize: €10,000 trip for the team
  • 2nd prize: €5,000 trip for the team
  • 3rd prize: €2,500 trip for the team

  • Pre-Case Study Deadline: 7 January 2008

  • Briefing day at LOreal: 31 Jan & 1 Feb 2008
  • Students work on the Case Study: 1 February – 18 April 2008
